Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to shape and expand BTSE’s digital presence across all social platforms. Working closely with the marketing team, you will design and execute innovative social strategies that boost brand awareness, engage audiences, and support both B2C and B2B initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies for multiple channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule multimedia content (images, video, copy) ensuring consistent brand voice and style.
• Set up and maintain data tracking systems, collect and analyze performance metrics, and produce actionable reports.
• Design and execute growth‑hacking campaigns focused on user acquisition and retention.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and adjust tactics based on data insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as token listings and customer service to manage reputation and coordinate actions.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks that support the social media and broader marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team in a social media or marketing role.
• Background in social media management, preferably within technology or financial services.
• Strong command of English with excellent content‑creation abilities.
• Creative mindset with a track record of identifying target audiences and launching engaging digital campaigns.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
