Social Media Associate

About the role

BTSE is looking for a Social Media Associate to help shape and grow its digital presence across key platforms. Working closely with the marketing team, you will design and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness and engage both B2C and B2B audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies, with a focus on X (Twitter), to increase brand visibility.
• Create, curate, and manage published content—including images, video, and copy—to maintain consistent brand voice.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend optimisations.
• Collaborate with token listings, customer service and other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions.
• Stay current with social media trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks to meet the team’s social media and marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in social media management or marketing, preferably within technology or financial services.
• Excellent command of written English and strong creative instincts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media analytics tools.
