Shift Nurse

About the role

The Shift Nurse will support Micron’s occupational health program by delivering nursing services, health promotion, and injury management for employees working on the production floor. This role operates on a rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Micron’s health programs and procedures are effective, efficient, and align with the management system and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and implement annual health inspection and management.
• Plan and implement health promotion activities.
• Implement return‑to‑work and fitness‑for‑work plans.
• Assist with occupational safety and health programs (Ergonomic, Workload, Maternal Health, Workplace Violence Protection).
• Plan and implement physician onsite service management, including first aid, emergency treatment, and care.
• Follow injury or illness cases and conduct workplace health surveys.

Required profile

• College degree or higher in Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in hospitals; factory nursing experience preferred.
• Valid nurse license and 52‑hour Occupational Health Training qualification.
• Good communication skills and ability to implement health programs.
