职位概况

负责Chip Sort生产线的设备维护与异常处理，确保生产设备高效运行并缩短停机时间。

主要职责

轮班期间监控设备运行，及时处理异常并进行故障分析与排除。
提升设备稼动率，分析停机原因并推动OEE改进项目。
执行预防性维护（PM），管理零件寿命与备品。
配合生产部门处理质量异常，参与设备验证与制程确认。
维护设备履历、维修记录及交接班记录，更新SOP与技术文件。
参与成本节约、设备优化及自动化改进项目，推动错误防止与可靠度提升。
