Server Factory Planner

About the role

As a Server Factory Planner you will ensure NVIDIA's server products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will work closely with contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM) to align supply with demand and support production flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive 100% product delivery execution and meet factory commitments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Purchasing, PE and SQE to secure supply.
• Prioritize and allocate supply to align with execution goals.
• Monitor ECO and DA changes daily to avoid disruptions.
• Track production or material excursions, escalate issues and work with teams for resolution.
• Oversee inbound material, outbound finished‑goods logistics, RMA handling and lead‑time management.
• Maintain visibility of the material pipeline, monitor PO transactions and support inventory activities such as cycle counts.
• Improve supply planning through robust models, quality system collaboration and invoice accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in CM/ODM operations.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Creative problem‑solver with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
• Mandarin language proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel VBA.
• Data‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering principles.
