Senior Technical Program Manager – Taiwan

About the role

Instrumental is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the deployment of its AI‑powered manufacturing acceleration platform across factories in Taiwan and the broader APAC region. The role sits at the intersection of manufacturing operations, hardware rollout, and software integration, working directly with global electronics brands and contract manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer deployments, managing timelines from kickoff through system activation and ensuring stable first data.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution, aligning customers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams on scope, schedule, and risk.
• Prepare factories for integration by securing space, power, networking, and production line availability, and support MES/SFC data pipeline connections.
• Provide platform training, operational guidance, and troubleshooting to ensure successful adoption during ramp phases.
• Travel to customer and contract‑manufacturer sites across Taiwan and APAC to install equipment, configure systems, and resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years managing programs or technical projects in electronics manufacturing environments.
• Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and familiarity with EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp phases.
• Proven ability to drive cross‑functional execution across engineering, factory operations, and customer stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to perform hands‑on installation and lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
