Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental businesses. We need a senior software engineer to design, ship and scale core platform components that directly impact property managers, their teams and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale the Base360.ai platform, building APIs, services and automation engines.
• Develop customer‑facing products and AI‑powered workflows that cover the full short‑term‑rental lifecycle.
• Create event‑driven automations for tasks such as cleaning scheduling, guest communications and owner reporting.
• Integrate with external platforms (Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, etc.) and maintain reliable data sync.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure on AWS to ensure performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and owning production‑grade software systems.
• Proficiency with FastAPI, Python, React or comparable frameworks.
• Deep understanding of APIs, distributed systems and cloud architecture.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions and ship quickly.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
