Senior Software Engineer

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will work on Business Operations systems, transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision‑making. You will design, develop, and maintain data schemas, validation routines, and complex data‑mining algorithms while supporting internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Program and test in‑house applications that organize, sort, and filter data based on user requests.
• Design and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and performance‑tuned SQL Server solutions.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data or application issues, providing timely support to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and extend existing systems, debug code, and ensure high reliability.
• Perform data analysis and generate management reports to aid business strategy planning.
• Conduct requirements interviews, write specifications, and deliver outcomes such as web pages, standalone applications, database operations, and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web or application programming.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with both English and Mandarin speakers.
