Senior Signal Integrity Engineer

About the role

Supermicro is seeking a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer to lead SI/PI verification on its next‑generation server motherboards. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional hardware teams and external partners to ensure robust high‑speed designs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform signal and power integrity measurements (TDR, VNA) and validate results against system requirements.
• Conduct electrical analysis, document findings, and produce formal reports.
• Run SI/PI simulations using industry‑standard tools and prepare review documentation.
• Collaborate with electronics engineers to troubleshoot SI/PI issues and support lab debugging.
• Guide design techniques and best practices on assigned projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in signal or power integrity engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TDR and VNA measurement equipment.
• Experience using SI/PI design tools such as ADS, ANSYS SIWave/HFSS, and Cadence Sigrity.
• Knowledge of PCB layout tools and high‑speed board design.
