Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will create and maintain project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using project management tools.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact timelines or deliverables.
• Facilitate clear communication between cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams to manage deliverables.
• Lead failure analysis efforts and drive production process improvements.
• Define and track program priorities, organizing regular status meetings.
• Partner with contract manufacturers and joint‑development partners to resolve challenges.
• Foster teamwork and act as a liaison to align project goals and timelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Quality).
• 3+ years working with contract manufacturers or joint‑development manufacturers.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware development processes and lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in Mandarin and English.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in gaming‑related projects or technical product management.
