Senior Professional Sales Representative – DPS South

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Senior Professional Sales Representative to manage distributor relationships and drive commercial success for Trauma and Craniomaxillofacial product lines in South Taiwan. This indirect‑selling position focuses on new product introductions, KOL engagement, and consistent sales performance through channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with assigned distributors, aligning KPIs, incentives, and performance reviews.
• Deliver sales targets for Trauma and CMF products through distributor pull‑through and demand generation.
• Lead territory‑level new product introduction strategy, including launch planning, clinical adoption, and training schedules.
• Identify and cultivate KOL relationships, supporting clinical education activities such as workshops, proctoring, and hospital presentations.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and regular performance reporting to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of medical device sales experience, preferably with Trauma/orthopedics or CMF products.
• Proven experience managing distributors or channel partners in an indirect sales model.
• Fluent Mandarin; business‑level English preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within South Taiwan.
