About the role
Be the product technical owner responsible for cost reduction, quality improvement and manufacturability of products. Collaborate with Business Line and test engineering to deliver high‑quality, manufacturable solutions and support volume ramp‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for product manufacturing cost reduction, e.g., yield improvement and cost of non‑quality reduction.
- Responsible for product quality improvement, e.g., adopting zero‑defect best practices and root‑cause analysis of complaints.
- Continuously improve product manufacturability, including hold cost reduction and test efficiency optimization.
- Work with Business Line to create business and deliver high‑quality, manufacturable products meeting time‑to‑market and cost targets.
- Collaborate with test engineering to release test programs.
- Support fab/assembly/test‑house process transfer and volume ramp‑up.
