Senior Product Designer – AI‑Powered Retail Platform

About the role

AIFIAN is building an AI‑driven retail platform that turns a simple description into a curated product recommendation. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of this buying‑agent, from concept to launch, and help turn complex ideas into intuitive interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process for key product areas, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Translate market analysis, customer insights, and technical constraints into user‑centered solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and growth teams to integrate design vision into the product roadmap.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders, build consensus, and champion the user experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design, complex workflows, and interaction design.
• Detail‑oriented, data‑driven, and comfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive self‑starter who embraces feedback and continuously seeks improvement.
