Senior Manager, Supplier Materials Management

About the role

CoreWeave is seeking a strategic and execution‑oriented senior manager to lead a high‑impact team responsible for supplier materials readiness across its rapidly scaling global infrastructure. The role owns end‑to‑end supplier materials strategy, ensuring capacity alignment, supply continuity, and execution readiness for aggressive data‑center expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and scale a team of Supplier Materials Managers, establishing performance objectives and succession strategies.
• Own the 12–24 month supplier materials strategy aligned to platform roadmaps and global deployment forecasts.
• Validate supplier capacity and ramp readiness for new platform introductions and drive make/buy and capacity reservation discussions.
• Consolidate and communicate supply risk visibility to senior leadership and lead executive‑level escalations.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, manufacturing, logistics and data‑center operations to align supply with demand signals.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management or supplier operations.
• 3+ years of people‑leadership experience managing supply‑chain or materials teams.
• Experience supporting complex hardware systems, OEM/ODM environments or hyperscale infrastructure preferred.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage high‑impact escalations.
