Senior Manager, Security – APAC

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a senior security leader to oversee physical security across the APAC region. The role combines incident response, guard‑force management, and regional security operations to protect employees and assets in a fast‑growing, high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate security incident and crisis response efforts throughout APAC.
• Lead a large contracted guard force across multiple locations.
• Maintain deep understanding of local security regulations and cultural considerations.
• Supervise the Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) team.
• Conduct physical security assessments, audits, surveys, and reviews.
• Collaborate with global peers to benchmark and improve security processes.
• Provide briefings, updates, and situational‑awareness reports.
• Partner with business units to foster a strong security culture.
• Support the local Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Develop relationships with industry peers, vendors, law‑enforcement agencies, and public authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Security Intelligence or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in security, law‑enforcement or multinational corporate environments, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven knowledge of industry methodologies, metrics, and security technology systems.
• Understanding of building, fire codes and local safety regulations.
• Validated decision‑making, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Advanced security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
