Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)

About the role

Advantech is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support its Linkou operations. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective people solutions that drive performance and organizational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor to business leaders, understanding their priorities and delivering tailored HR solutions.
• Partner on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, recognition, employee relations, and recruitment.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, and fellow HRBPs to ensure consistent policy and program implementation.
• Lead organizational transformation and change‑management initiatives, measuring impact and ensuring successful adoption.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on career development, performance, and workplace matters.
• Identify organizational risks and capability gaps using business and people insights, recommending continuous‑improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with hands‑on expertise in at least two major HR disciplines.
• Proven track record partnering with business leaders and translating business needs into HR solutions.
• Strong business acumen, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to balance strategic thinking with execution.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
