Senior Finance Analyst – Sales Planning & Analysis

About the role

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support its Taiwan sales organization and e‑commerce initiatives. The role will own financial analysis, budgeting and reporting for the sales channel, acting as a key business partner to drive performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial support to the Taiwan sales team and e‑commerce business development.
• Prepare monthly sales scorecards, P&L commentary, trade‑spending and APD budget control, monitoring performance by account and category.
• Analyze BTA spending, manage risk, and identify cost‑saving or growth opportunities.
• Lead the sales annual budget process, re‑estimates, forecasts and SOP of P&L.
• Collaborate with sales management to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Execute other finance‑related tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in a sales channel of a multinational FMCG company.
• Strong financial analysis background with solid budgeting concepts and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to work as a value‑added business partner and communicate effectively with sales leadership.
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
