Senior Engineer – Wastewater & DI System Management

About the role

Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd is looking for a Senior Engineer to lead the management of DI wastewater systems and act as a dedicated Wastewater and Sewage Treatment Specialist. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining system reliability, and supporting energy‑saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage DI wastewater system operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide backup support for the wastewater system.
• Plan and execute relay‑out or refurbishment projects.
• Troubleshoot DI and wastewater system issues.
• Review utilities consumption, control budgets, and propose energy‑saving projects.
• Handle additional matters assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and troubleshooting of wastewater/DI systems.
• Relevant licensing for dedicated wastewater system work.
