Senior Demand Planner

About the role

The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for creating accurate demand forecasts that incorporate current market information, enabling the supply chain to meet customer demand efficiently. This role continuously refines forecast models, supports new product launches, and collaborates across commercial, finance and supply chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate bi‑weekly funnel reviews, update order trackers and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias.
• Lead monthly demand rolling forecast submissions in Rapid Response, obtain alignment with GM/BU heads and adjust forecasts based on market dynamics.
• Analyze historical sales trends, develop statistical models and reconcile variances with commercial teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and supply planning to incorporate new product launches and supply constraints into the forecast.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5‑7+ years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in demand planning.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and statistical abilities.

• Tableau for data visualization.
• Statistical forecasting and modeling tools.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
