Senior Contracts & Budget Associate

About the role

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Contracts & Budget Associate to support clinical trial operations. The role involves drafting, negotiating and tracking a range of legal agreements and site budgets while collaborating closely with study teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and finalize Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDA), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) and amendments.
• Lead interactions with North American and European internal study teams, sites, and sponsors regarding contractual matters.
• Resolve contractual issues in partnership with supervisors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and contracting standards.
• Update study teams and sponsors on contract status and execution timelines.
• Coordinate execution of agreements and maintain contract files and databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience, preferably in clinical research or a related industry.
• At least 3 years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating clinical research agreements such as NDAs and CTAs.
• Experience in contract research, life sciences, biotech or pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
