Senior Client Advisor

About the role

The Senior Client Advisor will lead customer engagement initiatives, promoting product launches and driving sales campaigns. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and sales campaigns.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues or escalating complex cases.
• Conduct sales calls and meetings, presenting standard materials, assessing interest, and providing detailed product information.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, trade shows, conferences, and existing networks.
• Recommend suitable products or services, propose quantities and configurations, and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Record follow‑up actions and update the CRM system after each interaction to maintain accurate data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop communications and strengthen external customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory codes, and procedural authorizations.
• Monitor personal and team performance, using performance management tools to drive improvement.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development activities to maintain industry knowledge.

• Proven experience in sales or client advisory roles, preferably at a senior level.
