Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical finance professional to partner with the Regional Distribution Sales Team, managing channel controlling processes, sales accruals and financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to the Regional Distribution Sales Team, providing insights for decision‑making and strategy.
• Support, analyse and propose sales accruals for all products, monitor claim trends and improve accrual methodologies.
• Validate distributor/channel partner payouts for accuracy, compliance and proper documentation.
• Participate in global channel improvement initiatives, prepare and analyse performance reports.
• Perform periodic reconciliations across Business Lines, resolve discrepancies and provide ad‑hoc financial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of experience in financial controlling, sales finance or channel finance, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and regional/global teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI and financial systems (SAP/ERP preferred).
• Strong financial analysis and controlling skills with high attention to detail.
