About the role
Otis Taiwan is seeking a Senior Associate to lead the maintenance revenue team. The role focuses on managing invoicing, revenue estimation, tax filing and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance revenue team and oversee monthly closing activities.
- Issue invoices, track discount documents, estimate revenue and process special refunds.
- Prepare and file business tax and stamp tax returns, handling any exceptions.
- Generate income adjustment statements and maintenance contract reports.
- Coordinate with sales, other departments and customers on maintenance contract matters.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead a revenue-focused team.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with sales, other departments and customers.
