Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable will act as the subject‑matter expert for AP operations, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will support governance objectives, drive efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement across the end‑to‑end invoice‑to‑pay cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer expense claims, monitor reimbursements and enforce corporate expense policies.
• Prepare reconciliation and ledger reports for submission to the Accounts Manager.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
• Perform monthly vendor and staff payment reconciliations.
• Serve as the AP subject‑matter expert, providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Develop effective relationships to achieve key milestones and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, laws, and regulatory requirements.
