Security Lead – Taiwan

About the role

The Security Lead will oversee all security services and operations across Taiwan for a high‑profile client of Control Risks. Acting as the subject‑matter expert, you will provide leadership, governance and stakeholder engagement to ensure a safe, compliant and business‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security governance, escalation and assurance for the client’s Taiwan operations.
• Mentor and manage the physical security team, ensuring consistent delivery of security services.
• Collaborate with corporate real‑estate, facilities and experience teams to integrate security into workplace strategy.
• Support events, tours and executive engagements with secure onsite experiences.
• Implement the Security Playbook, aligning local procedures with global standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in security operations, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks, service gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality and compliance standards.
