Sales Specialist

About the role

Join our global diversified pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health outcomes. As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving sales of the Solta product family within the Taipei territory, building relationships with existing and new customers, and supporting clinical use of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Perform territory penetration to increase revenue among existing and newly installed customers.
• Maintain accurate monthly and weekly forecasting.
• Provide product training, demonstrations and education on indications, contraindications and safety.
• Educate customers on product usage and safety.
• Support user meetings, workshops and congresses.
• Identify market potential and qualify accounts.
• Prepare sales quotations, contracts and manage account receivables.
• Develop and maintain up‑to‑date account profiles and customer data.
• Drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B or healthcare sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and plan sales calls.
