Sales & Marketing Capability Development Assistant Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for executing the Sales & Marketing Capability strategy by designing and delivering high‑impact learning initiatives. The role expands the organisation's capability development capacity, supports the growth of the Commercial Academy, and accelerates digital learning adoption to build future‑ready commercial talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of commercial capability development programs across Sales & Marketing functions.
• Drive capability development projects and implement the annual learning roadmap.
• Foster a continuous learning culture through internal trainer development and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Develop onboarding, role‑transition and leadership programmes to strengthen organisational effectiveness.
• Design and implement digital learning solutions leveraging e‑learning, AI and learning technologies.
• Lead engagement and change initiatives to enhance collaboration, learning adoption and business performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales function.
• At least 2 years of experience in training, capability building or learning development.
• Experience designing and delivering commercial learning solutions and managing learning projects.
• Relevant industry experience preferred (e.g., FMCG, Retail or Consumer Goods).
• High learning agility, strong stakeholder communication and proven influencing skills.
