About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue, margin, and customer growth targets across air, ocean, and logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and customer growth targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans, including market penetration and key account development.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to build a high‑performing team.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, and Customer Service teams to deliver effective client solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven experience leading and managing a sales team of more than 10 members.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, including air & ocean freight, Incoterms, customs, and logistics solutions.
