Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to manage and grow one of our key sales channels—whether direct, online or retail. You will develop and execute channel strategies that align with business objectives, identify new opportunities, and ensure the channel consistently meets or exceeds its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement channel sales strategies, set targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts and provide training and support.
• Develop relationship‑management plans for complex customer accounts and engage decision‑makers and influencers.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, gather customer requirements and secure agreements.
• Configure complex product‑and‑service solutions, negotiate terms and oversee pricing projects.
• Manage a portfolio of contracts, negotiate service‑level agreements and supervise major contract activities.
• Oversee CRM system usage, propose improvements and ensure compliance with external partner requirements.
• Create product‑education courses and act as a subject‑matter expert on technology, policy and regulation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel sales or partner management.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyse performance data and align activities with financial goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for building networks and representing the organization at industry events.
