Reverse Logistics Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Reverse Logistics Analyst to optimize inventory levels across regional hubs, align stock with demand forecasts, and maximize the value of refurbished assets. The role works closely with planning, procurement, finance and 3PL partners to ensure seamless stock movements and financial reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage system‑based reservations to maintain safety stock and meet projected demand.
• Analyze historical demand patterns and New Product Introduction roadmaps to inform inventory strategies.
• Prioritize the use of refurbished inventory across hubs to extend asset lifecycles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to synchronize stock movements, reservations, and complex workflows.
• Implement strategies that reduce cross‑regional shipping and back‑orders, minimizing reliance on expedited freight.
• Develop advanced data models and simulations to support strategic decision‑making for diverse scenarios.

Required profile

• Proven ability to partner with global teams and execute reverse‑logistics initiatives.
• Strong inventory planning experience, including safety stock optimization and system reservations.
• Detail‑oriented with a track record of meeting tight project deadlines.
• Customer‑focused mindset, ensuring smooth RMA and logistics processes.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal), TOEIC 700+.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – advanced functions (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP), pivot tables, macros.
• Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Oracle ERP for inventory reservations and lifecycle management.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) for executive presentations.
• Proficiency with approved generative AI tools for drafting and analysis.
