Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead Bencotto, an Italian fine‑dining venue within a luxury hotel, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and revenue growth. You will oversee a motivated team, uphold brand standards, and deliver a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Train, evaluate and schedule restaurant staff in line with company policies.
• Maintain a well‑trained, motivated team to meet luxury hotel service standards.
• Plan menus, set pricing and organise promotional events to maximise revenue.
• Analyse service quality reports, guest feedback and incident logs to identify improvement areas and implement action plans.
• Welcome VIPs and influential clients, ensuring follow‑up on all discussed details.
• Monitor fire, health, safety and security standards to achieve 100% audit scores.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction from arrival to departure according to the Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) and MO pillars.
• Participate in required meetings and conduct regular departmental briefings.

Required profile

• Minimum high school graduation; diploma or bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel Italian fine‑dining restaurant.
