Regional E-Commerce Growth Manager

About the role

The Regional E-Commerce Growth Manager will design and implement country‑level e‑commerce strategies that support regional and global objectives. You will drive digital revenue growth, optimise marketing technology stacks and work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute e‑commerce strategies for assigned countries, aligned with broader regional goals.
• Implement and optimise performance‑marketing frameworks, including SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with IT/development teams to integrate marketing technologies and improve system efficiency.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and KPI data to refine strategies and boost e‑commerce performance.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate country teams to enhance customer experience, personalisation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving revenue and transactions on brand‑owned e‑commerce sites.
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to develop and execute growth plans.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience within e‑commerce or marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English preferred for stakeholder coordination.
• Customer‑focused mindset with deep insight into digital consumer behaviour.
• Agile attitude and commitment to staying current with digital trends.
