Regional Communications Manager

About the role

Air Products is seeking a Regional Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications across Asia. The role will shape the corporate narrative, enhance brand reputation, and drive employee engagement throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal and external communications programs at a corporate level across Asia.
• Collaborate with the Global Communications Team to adapt and deliver global initiatives locally.
• Serve as chief editor for the regional online platform, managing editorial calendars and content.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and regional stakeholders to support talent acquisition, change management, and integrated communication campaigns.
• Develop and maintain media relations, produce news releases, speeches, newsletters, and multimedia content.
• Lead digital and social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Maintain corporate websites and support crisis communications to protect reputation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Language, Business Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications or B2B public relations.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders across multiple Asian markets.
• Strong editorial and content creation expertise.
• Experience managing change, issues, and crisis communications.
