Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a safe, pleasant environment for employees and visitors. The role combines front‑desk duties with facilities coordination, vendor management and support for internal events.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for workplace and safety matters, coordinating maintenance, repairs and office upkeep.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, mail, courier services and shipments.
• Prepare workstations, equipment and access for new hires and handle temporary badges and parking passes.
• Welcome and assist visitors, enforce sign‑in procedures using the Enterprise Visitor Management System.
• Maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked and ready for use.
• Support internal communications, logistics for meetings, trainings and small‑scale events, and liaise with vendors.
• Lead the office Emergency Response Team and ensure compliance with local occupational safety and health regulations.

Required profile

• Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with local regulations.
• Willingness to obtain Class B OSH Supervisor and First Aider certifications after onboarding.

Required skills

• Enterprise Visitor Management System (EVMS) usage.
• Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and basic facilities coordination.
