职位概况
我们在台湾提供“火箭速配”等服务，致力于以实惠价格提供隔日到货的精选商品，并通过“火箭跨境”提供国际速配。现正寻找人才协助Coupang台湾业务拓展，打造让客户离不开Coupang的服务体验。
主要职责
- 管理并运营运输合作伙伴，达成计划交付日（PDD）等运营目标。
- 监督配送服务执行情况及相关流程，提升服务质量。
- 制定并执行Quickflex运营策略与行动方案，分析数据并推动改进。
- 与跨部门团队合作，优化配送品质与作业效率。
任职要求
- 具备2-3年物流、业务、商品管理或账户管理相关经验。
- 熟悉Microsoft Office软件，具备积极、弹性高的服务导向。
- 具备优秀的沟通与协作能力，能与内部及外部利害关系人良好互动。
必备技能
- 熟悉Microsoft Office软件的使用。
- 熟练Excel的高级功能。
