Quality Lead – Construction Projects

About the role

As a Quality Lead for construction projects, you will work on large-scale data centre and industrial builds, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of safety, compliance and client expectations. You will be the on-site champion of quality, collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on-site quality inspections, assess progress and enforce safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with client, consultant and contractor teams, managing schedules and partner engagement.
• Identify issues early, work with the project team to resolve them efficiently.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, proposing improvements in partnership with the client.
• Lead and attend project meetings, communicate impacts and drive problem-solving.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent experience on large-scale international construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP construction, quality management, commissioning and quality control testing, preferably in data-centre or industrial environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Team-player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings and can manage multiple priorities.
