About the role
As a Property Manager you will oversee ANZ Taiwan’s property portfolio, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, well‑maintained and fit for purpose while supporting business continuity.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day management of the property portfolio in Taiwan.
- Plan and coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance, tracking work orders to completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate rectification of defects, housekeeping issues and safety hazards.
- Manage building services and supplier performance (cleaning, security, HVAC, fire services) including service‑level reviews and escalation.
- Act as primary point of contact for occupants, landlords, managing agents and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to occupant requests and coordinate timely resolution of property‑related issues.
- Coordinate minor works and small projects, handling quotations, scheduling, on‑site supervision and handover.
