Process Support Engineer – New Graduate

About the role

As a Process Support Engineer you will guide semiconductor and display products through their full lifecycle, from concept to qualification. You will provide on‑site customer support, perform system diagnoses, and service complex equipment while collaborating with R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑visibility customer support through on‑site installations, system diagnostics, and repair of advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Work with customers to develop cutting‑edge processes for manufacturing advanced chips, creating hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE).
• Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and compile reports with high‑level conclusions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root‑cause analyses, and resolve challenging process engineering and product problems.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, anneal and implant processes.
• Experience designing experiments (DOE) and applying statistical analysis to process data.
