Process Support Engineer – Fresh Graduate Program

About the role

As a Process Support Engineer you will guide semiconductor products through their entire lifecycle, from concept to final qualification, providing on‑site installations, system diagnostics and complex equipment repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑visibility customer support through on‑site installations, system diagnoses and service of advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and R&D teams to develop cutting‑edge processes for manufacturing advanced chips.
• Create hypothesis experiments, design of experiments (DOE), analyze data with statistics and compile high‑level reports.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root‑cause analyses and resolve difficult process engineering issues.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin communication.
• New college graduate (full‑time) ready to start a career in semiconductor process support.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD).
• Experience with Plasma Reactive Ion Etch (RIE) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD).
• Familiarity with anneal and implant processes.
• Data analysis using statistical methods and DOE techniques.
