About the role
The Principal Financial Planning & Analysis role focuses on the Retail business within Coupang Taiwan. You will partner with business teams to own financial results, define and track key metrics, and drive performance improvements through deep analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and track key input/output metrics impacting the Retail P&L.
- Analyze trends and results to provide financial visibility to stakeholders.
- Deliver continuous feedback, flag issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform root‑cause analysis by gathering and interrogating large data sets.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in e‑commerce or technology‑driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience in Retail FP&A.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin (written and verbal).
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- SQL querying skills.
- PowerBI or similar data‑visualisation capabilities (preferred).
