职位概况
负责台湾地区Pickup业务的全链路管理，制定增长策略并推动落地，实现业务规模与盈利双提升。
主要职责
- 统筹Pickup业务的规划、执行与运营扩展。
- 基于数据分析提出并落实现实可行的增长方案。
- 与商业、营销、运营、财务、产品等跨部门团队协作，确保项目顺利推进。
- 在快速变化的环境中，主动解决实施过程中的挑战。
任职要求
- 5年以上策略、运营、咨询或项目管理经验。
- 具备商业、营销及财务视角，能够通过数据驱动决策。
- 优秀的沟通与跨部门影响力，能够与高层领导有效合作。
必备技能
- 熟练使用SQL进行数据查询。
- 熟练使用Google Sheets进行数据处理与分析。
- 熟练使用Google Slides制作仪表盘和高层汇报材料。
