Part‑Time Field Sales Associate (Hourly)

About the role

The Sales Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. The role blends luxury‑retail service, omni‑channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations, using mobile POS and clienteling tools.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans, meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized and stocked; perform cash‑wrap, inventory processing and visual merchandising tasks.
• Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves and managing product movement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
• Ability to use walkie‑talkies and read price/release sheets.
• Social‑media savvy, with experience in live‑stream shopping, video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
