Outsourcing Governance & Sourcing Manager

About the role

As an Outsourcing Governance & Sourcing Manager at ANZ Banking Group Limited in Taipei, you will lead outsourcing governance and supplier relationship management, ensuring that all activities comply with local regulations and Group procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute Group procurement strategies, including RFx and market analysis, to optimise cost and value.
• Lead outsourcing governance, ensuring compliance with local regulations and ANZ outsourcing policies.
• Act as the key liaison between country stakeholders and Group/Regional Procurement teams.
• Drive strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement to meet service and cost objectives.
• Provide regular reporting, including spend analysis, dashboards and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracting standards and audit requirements.
• Lead purchasing and supply management activities, focusing on total cost of ownership.
• Drive process efficiency, standardisation and continuous improvement across sourcing and outsourcing.
• Support and coach stakeholders on sourcing processes, policies and best practices.
• Build and manage high‑performing supplier and internal relationships.
• Contribute to team capability, engagement and delivery against agreed SLAs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, negotiation and vendor management within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, RFx execution and market analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal outsourcing policies.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to produce analytical reports, spend analysis and performance dashboards.
• Track record of driving process improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
