職位簡介
Coupang 台灣負責商品目錄品質稽核與營運管理，透過發現並改善平台缺陷，確保商品資訊品質與客戶體驗。此職位將帶領稽核團隊，推動全球客戶體驗政策執行，並運用 AI 與數據分析提升營運效率。
主要職責
- 負責商品目錄日常營運，確保商品資訊、網站陳列內容及合規流程的準確性與品質
- 帶領、培訓及管理第一線客戶體驗稽核團隊，包含工作分配、排班與績效管理
- 建立並落實全球客戶體驗政策與作業標準，管理 AI 稽核作業，確保商品內容符合品質、安全與品牌規範
- 透過數據分析追蹤 KPI，將稽核發現轉化為改善建議，並定期向管理層提供營運分析報告
- 主導流程優化與自動化專案，與產品、法遵及品類管理等部門合作進行根因分析
任职要求
- 相關學士學位及 1 至 3 年電商、內容審核、商品資訊管理或營運經驗
- 良好的中英文溝通能力，能與跨國團隊合作
- 具備高度自主性，能在快速變動的零售環境中解決複雜營運問題
必備技能
- 熟悉 Excel、Google Sheets 等數據分析工具
- 了解 AI、自動化及客戶體驗管理概念
- 加分：LLM/AI 工具（如 Claude、Gemini）、SQL、Tableau、Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen 等
