职位概况
负责夜班期间成品测试产线的日常运营，确保生产流程顺畅并达成各项生产指标。
主要职责
- 管理夜班生产线，监控产出、准时交付率、生产周期和在制品，及时处理设备及测试异常。
- 安排夜班人员出勤、排班、加班及培训，维护产线纪律并执行绩效管理。
- 确保产品和工艺符合质量标准，监控良率、质量异常并推动持续改进。
- 监督测试设备运行，协调维修，降低停机时间，提高设备稼动率。
- 落实工厂安全规范，推动安全文化并配合稽核。
- 在夜班期间担任第一线管理窗口，重大异常及时上报并跨部门协调资源。
任职要求
- 大学以上学历，工程、制造或相关专业佳。
- 10年以上制造业或半导体生产管理经验。
- 3年以上团队管理经验。
- 熟悉生产流程、质量管理体系及工安规范。
- 具备跨部门沟通与问题解决能力。
- 可接受四班二轮夜班工作模式。
- 具备英文沟通能力，可与外籍员工日常交流。
