职位概况

负责全球客户需求管理，涵盖需求预测、订单与供给规划，确保供需平衡并实现准时交付。

主要职责

执行需求预测、需求计划、供应计划及物料准备，支持生产计划。
监控关键料件交期、供应风险及E&O，制定风险缓解方案。
协调客户、工厂、采购、供应商及物流团队，推动跨部门协作。
处理需求变动（提前、推迟、取消），快速评估影响并提供解决方案。
管理全球出货、国际物流、RMA/FRU及相关库存，提升履约效率。
定期进行供需分析、库存检讨及关键指标追踪，持续优化供应链绩效。

任职要求

5年以上供应链计划、需求计划、物料计划或客户运营相关经验。
熟悉至少两项：需求计划、供应计划、物料计划、库存管理、客户履约。
熟练使用ERP系统（如SAP）及Excel进行数据分析。
具跨部门、跨国协作经验，能够协调客户、工厂、供应商及物流团队。
具英文沟通能力，可参与跨国会议及日常商务往来。
