职位概况
裕利醫藥是亞洲領先的醫藥保健服務解決方案供應商，致力於讓醫療服務更普及。此職位負責及時、正確地處理醫療器材客戶訂單，遵循相關法規與公司政策，協助達成組織目標。
主要职责
- 協助醫院、診所、藥局及連鎖通路客戶的訂單處理與客戶服務，追蹤訂單進度與出貨狀況，處理異常問題。
- 負責醫療器材的借貨、回收、核銷及相關文件管理。
- 與業務、倉庫、原廠等跨部門協調溝通，確保流程順暢。
- 使用 SAP/ERP 系統進行訂單與資料管理。
- 完成主管交辦事項與日常營運支援。
任职要求
- 大學以上學歷，具中文及台語口說能力。
- 良好的電話客服技巧，打字速度每分鐘30字以上。
- 細心且有責任感，能同時處理多項事務，適應忙碌環境。
- 具基本 Excel 操作能力，願意學習系統與流程管理。
- 具客服、訂單或醫療產業相關經驗者優先。
