职位概况
负责塑胶射出成型部門的零件制造，确保自动注射器部件的质量。
主要职责
- 操作塑胶射出成型量产机台。
- 改善成型工艺问题，提高生产效率。
- 独立进行上下模具、调节机台成型条件。
- 排除异常，维持产线正常运作。
- 执行设备的基本维修、巡检、保养及故障检修，并确认质量。
任职要求
- 能够适应12小时轮班制（日班0800-2000或夜班2000-0800），并遵循作业指导书与程序。
- 具备计算技能与数字概念。
- 细心，数字观念清晰。
- 有产线工作经验者优先。
必备技能
- 塑胶射出成型机操作。
- 模具上下与成型条件调节。
- 设备维修与保养。
