职位概况
负责打造并运营 The Library Club 会员体系，提升会员的续会率、活跃度与参与感，推动品牌与社区的深度连接。
主要职责
- 规划并执行会员招募与增长策略。
- 经营个人与企业会员方案，提升续会率与活跃度。
- 建立会员旅程与体验，策划会员专属活动并负责现场接待。
- 维护 CRM 系统与会员数据库，定期分析会员数据并制作报告。
- 开发企业会员合作，维护合作伙伴关系。
- 撰写 EDM、LINE、社群贴文及活动邀请函，运营会员社群平台。
任职要求
- 1 年以上会员经营、品牌社群或活动企划经验。
- 良好的沟通协调能力，喜欢与人交流并建立社群关系。
- 中文书写能力佳。
- 具精品、生活风格、文化空间或餐饮品牌经验者优先。
- 英文沟通能力佳者加分。
必备技能
