职位概况
负责通过外拨或接听电话，向潜在及现有客户推广安达的保险产品，包括意外健康险、人寿险等。要求在完成销售目标的同时，保持服务质量和合规。
主要职责
- 主动外拨或接听客户来电，介绍并推荐公司保险产品。
- 根据客户需求提供产品说明，解答疑问。
- 记录通话信息，维护客户资料库。
- 达成公司设定的销售业绩指标。
任职要求
- 高中或以上学历。
- 有电话营销或业务经验者优先。
- 积极乐观、表达清晰、耐心且具抗压能力。
- 不接受固定薪资，愿意挑战高收入。
